The best time would be 1 week before completion. Unfortunately builders can deny access until you have the keys, in this case we ask for you to book us for the day after (rather than on the day of completion as the keys are often not handed over until the afternoon)

Yes, you have 2 years from completion to provide a list of snags to the developer and they must resolve them free of charge. Our professional snagging list will enable you to get the repairs and corrections made without any fuss

No, you don't have to be present, but we don't mind if you are present either. Our snag buddies will be busy for many hours, so you might not get much conversation while they are hard at work.
